General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Intimate Wisdoms

1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Tantric Safespace. By booking one of these services, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by booking a session via this website, email, or Instagram. The customer will receive a booking confirmation via email.

3. Prices and payment terms
The prices for the services offered are listed on the website. Payment is made before or after the service in cash or via Twint.

4. Cancellation and change of date
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For later cancellations or no-shows, the provider reserves the right to charge the full fee.

5. Health information
The client is required to inform the provider of any health restrictions or allergies prior to the massage. The provider reserves the right to refuse the massage if health concerns arise or if behavior that transgresses the limits of the massage protocol is observed.

6. Liability
Tantric Safespace is not liable for any health consequences. Sessions are attended at your own risk.

7. Data protection
Tantric Safespace undertakes to protect the personal data of the customer in accordance with applicable data protection laws and not to pass it on to third parties.

8. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.

9. Applicable law
The law of Basel City applies.
